Job summary

EmployBridge LLC is seeking a Field Recruiter to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on attracting and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping fill positions across our client base.

The successful candidate will leverage marketing skills, networking, and strong people skills to build a robust candidate pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding processes, including drug screens and background checks.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced environment, preferably staffing.
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate our platforms.
• Passion for talking with people at all levels and handling stress.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates beyond the box.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media and the community to stand apart.
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate for our opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of people and actively impact order fulfillment.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have:

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
