Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Field Recruiter to drive candidate sourcing and interview activity in Senatobia, MS. You will partner with teams to attract great talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely processing of screening and I-9s to enable rapid placements.

The role emphasizes strong people skills, high-volume recruiting experience, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on timely hires and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (staffing or related).
• Strong computer skills to navigate platforms used.
• Passion for talking with people at all levels and handling stressful situations.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen candidates to fill openings.
• Lead the candidate journey from posting to offer, including coordinating interviews.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 processing to get hires onboard.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to impact order fulfillment.

A day as a Field Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have:

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
