EmployBridge, LLC in Hagerstown, MD, seeks a Bilingual Field Recruiter fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. You will engage with hiring managers to understand needs and attract top candidates for various roles, using marketing skills to post compelling ads and build a strong pipeline.

You will screen and interview applicants, coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to place people, while upholding our values of honesty, integrity, maturity and family-first culture.

• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders and internal teams.
