The role partners with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding, monitor recruitment metrics, and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in high-volume recruiting.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Experience with CRM/VMS platforms (Bullhorn/Beeline preferred).
• Federal background clearance and credit check required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage ATS and ensure candidate information is current.
• Track compliance items including background checks and drug testing.
• Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator, you will handle interview scheduling, manage ATS databases, ensure compliance documentation, and serve as a primary contact for candidates and clients. You will partner with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding, monitor recruitment metrics, and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and site visits. Your bilingual skills will be a plus as you support a diverse candidate pool.

Pay Rate

$23-$25/hr
