Job summary

The Reserves Network in Duluth, GA is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (Account Manager) to build a diverse pipeline for clerical, light industrial and professional roles. You will source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process while serving clients and employees.

Responsibilities include marketing candidates, coordinating assessments and verifications, and maintaining regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual – Spanish & English.
• Prior recruiting experience preferred.
• Clear, concise oral and written communication.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to learn our staffing and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of candidates for clerical, light industrial, and professional positions.
• Source through online searches, cold calls, networking, career fairs, etc.
• Recruit, screen, interview and hire candidates.
• Conduct skills tests, background checks, employment verifications and drug screens.
• Work with large volumes of candidates in blue and white collar categories and with the public.
• Market candidates to clients and sell staffing services.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory items in hiring process.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
