Minute Men Staffing is hiring a bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) for its Columbus, OH staffing branch. This onsite role focuses on matching candidates with opportunities and supporting them through the application process.

You will translate for applicants (English/Spanish) and support them through the application process, develop recruiting strategies for clients, and build relationships with customers and associates while assisting payroll-related functions.
