Job summary

Environment Control Ohio Valley, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator for the Columbus area. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday (40 hours) in the Hilliard area, with compensation at $18/hour paid weekly. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to connect with candidates in our community and online.

You will interview, extend offers, onboard new hires, and track recruiting activity while engaging past applicants. Weekly pay and 401(k) matching are offered.
