Domenico Polo - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our Elmwood Park office. You will warmly greet clients, manage scheduling, and handle inquiries while supporting the team with administrative tasks.

We value proactive, outgoing individuals with strong communication skills. Past experience in customer service and comfort with sales conversations are a plus. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish, Polish, or Ukrainian, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.

• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
