Qualifications

• Coordinate driver calls, ETAs, check-ins, and receiving appointments.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and support daily workflow.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve questions and pending items.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, warehousing, or operations support.
• Excel skills from intermediate to advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from drivers and coordinate arrival times.
• Schedule receiving appointments and support inbound freight and driver flow.
• Check in drivers on arrival and assist with questions and documentation needs.
• Support receiving department admin tasks including data entry and follow-up.
• Communicate professionally in English and Spanish with drivers and teams.
