Job summary

Vision Staffing Solutions LLC in Montebello, CA is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the 1st shift (8:00am–4:30pm). You will ensure materials move smoothly, inspect incoming goods, and prepare outgoing shipments with accurate documentation.

This role requires 2+ years in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing or industrial setting, strong attention to detail, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping/receiving in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Metal/machine shop experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive & inspect incoming materials
• Verify POs, packing slips, quantities
• Maintain heat numbers & traceability
• Prep outgoing shipments & verify docs
• Keep inventory organized
• Operate forklifts/overhead cranes (training provided)
