Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence in Clifton, NJ, seeks a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. Work closely with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in clinical and home settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or in-clinic.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, feeding) as needed.
