Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under a BCBA and a collaborative care team in clinic or home settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; we provide training if not.
• Prior experience with children—ASD preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
