Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and clinic settings within ~20 miles of your home in New Jersey.

You'll work with a BCBA and care team, receive paid training, and benefit from weekly supervision, bilingual pay, premium after-hours pay, and opportunities for advancement as you gain credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience working with children, ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision and feedback.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
