Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work in our Clifton, NJ clinic or in-home settings, collaborating with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

We offer paid training, exam cost coverage, and ongoing supervision to support your certification and professional growth. A consistent weekly schedule is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
