Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Passaic, NJ is looking for a Part-time Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. As a key member of the care team, you'll collaborate with a BCBA to enhance communication and social skills in children.

The role includes traveling to clients' homes within a 20-mile radius, and you’ll receive extensive training if not certified. Competitive pay, including premiums for evening work, is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Reliable transportation for travel up to 20 miles.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in home or clinic.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
