Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA-based interventions at clients' homes or approved settings. The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and presenting progress to families and supervisors.

The ideal candidate will hold RBT certification, have experience with autism, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This position offers in-person work with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
