Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver targeted interventions in home or clinic settings, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

Not certified yet? We offer training and cover the RBT exam cost, with pathways for advancement and in-clinic admin support to help you succeed in a compassionate, family-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles).
• Experience working with children is a strong foundation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach or similar tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
