Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and collect data to track client progress, documenting outcomes with clear session notes.

Collaboration with supervisors, peers, and caregivers is essential to promote learning and skill development. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
