Job summary

All Together Autism is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home behavioral support under supervision, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions to children with ASD. You will implement personalized behavior plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families and a supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience as an RBT in home or center-based ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience with children ages 2–12.
• Reliable transportation and mobile phone; willing to work in home, community, school, and center; Monday–Friday and weekends if needed.
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavioral support under supervision.
• Implement personalized behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Serve as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and team to drive progress.
