Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Georgia to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings. Earn $20–$28/hour with flexible schedules and company support to help children reach their goals.

This role requires an RBT certification, active BACB registration, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities. Travel to client homes across Georgia is required, with ongoing training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and active BACB registration
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Experience working with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and continuous learning
