Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children in-home, in-school, and in community settings across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration/credentialing.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track progress.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide in-person services throughout Georgia and participate in trainings.
