Total Care ABA in McDonough, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle while making a meaningful difference for children and families.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep records of client progress
• Travel to client homes/community settings as required
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training
