Job summary

Total Care ABA in Georgia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in-home, in-school, and community settings.

Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits. You will deliver individualized therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams to support children's progress.

We welcome experienced RBTs and newcomers, offering training, supervision, and opportunities to advance within a compassionate, child-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and schools as required.
