Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team, delivering in‑home or clinic sessions and tracking progress with data systems.

Training and RBT exam costs are covered if not yet certified, with bilingual pay incentives for English/Spanish speakers. You’ll engage families, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Fluent in Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification preferred, but not required — training provided
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home or clinic‑based ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating)
