Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in‑home or clinic settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and dedicated care team to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer paid training, exam fee coverage, premium bilingual pay, and strong career growth with weekly BCBA supervision. Travel up to 30 miles is expected; certification can be earned through our company program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reliable transportation within 30 miles.
• Experience working with children (caregiving, teaching, or similar).
• Physically able to perform in-home therapy duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use data collection tools to track progress and outcomes.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers and participate in supervision meetings.
• Maintain program materials and collaborate with BCBA and care team.
