Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll work in-home or at clinic settings, delivering evidence-based interventions and tracking progress.

If not yet certified, the company will train you and cover your RBT exam cost. Premium pay for bilingual candidates and opportunities for growth are highlighted in the program overview.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required for effective family communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation with travel up to 30 miles is needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans under supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
