Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, building communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care. Not certified yet?

We’ll train you and cover your RBT exam cost! We offer premium pay for sessions after 5 PM, paid drive time between clients, weekly BCBA supervision, and company-sponsored training.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, travel up to 30 miles.
• Experience with children (childcare, teaching, early childhood) helpful.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed.
