Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team in Voorhees, NJ, delivering in-home or clinic-based sessions during the 5:00–7:00 PM shift.

Paid training is provided, with support to achieve RBT certification. Competitive hourly pay, with opportunities for growth and supervision in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
