Children’s Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ, is seeking a Part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high‑quality services in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred; training and exam cost covered if not yet certified.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Experience with children, ASD preferred; physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans under supervision.
• Use data-tracking tools to record progress and preferences.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and maintain teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers; provide basic care as needed.
