Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Part-time bilingual (Spanish) Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in-home or at our clinic.

You will work with a BCBA, receive paid training and support for RBT certification, and participate in regular supervision. The role is 5:00-7:00 PM, up to 10 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• RBT certification preferred, training provided if not yet certified.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Prior experience with children and ASD is strongly preferred.
• Physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct data collection and preference assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
