Internal Revenue Service seeks a Quality Review Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) to support Taxpayer Services. The role offers a Day Shift (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm EST) with 40 hours weekly and telework eligibility where applicable.

Responsibilities include evaluating proposals, drafting guidance, and using the National Quality Review System to identify trends and drive improvements across call sites and Taxpayer Assistance Centers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Foreign education may be used to meet criteria.
• Proof of credentials equivalency must be provided.

Aufgaben

• Develops/assists in formulating proposed changes to current processes; prepares draft documents, technical material, and other guidance to implement/update procedures.
• Reviews proposals/changes to determine impact on call site, TAC, and taxpayer service quality.
• Collaborates with CQRS management and analysts to address issues affecting call sites, campuses, and units, and to establish procedures for inclusion in guides and IRM updates.
• Uses NQRS reports to assess quality, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
