Job summary

Blach Construction seeks a proactive Project Administration Coordinator to support public works projects. This role blends project coordination, labor compliance, and field onboarding, with a focus on Spanish-speaking workers.

You’ll collaborate with the Project Executive and Senior Risk Manager in a fast-paced field-integrated environment. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project coordination and field support.
• Familiarity with public works labor standards (prevailing wage).
• Bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document control systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid packages, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Prepare billings, project setup and closeout documentation.
• Track labor compliance and payroll-related records.
• Assist with field onboarding and onboarding materials for Spanish-speaking workers.
• Support office and team communications between field sites and the main office.
