The Georgia Department of Public Health (District 2) Hall County Health Department in Gainesville is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support public health services and front-desk operations.

You will greet clients, manage registrations, translate for limited-English speakers, and coordinate with clinic staff using VHN Software and standard office tools. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 90 quarter hours at an accredited college/university, or one year of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and standard office software.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred; experience with Digital Health Department software.

Responsabilidades

• Public contact: greet clients, receive calls, resolve issues, direct to staff.
• Data entry: input data using VHN Software, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Locate and file Personal Health Information; assist with patient check-ins for clinics.
• Monitor waiting areas and direct clients to appropriate services.
• Handle phone communications, check voicemails, and return calls.
• Interpret and translate health information for limited-English clients.
