Job summary

Southeast Health District - District 9-2 in Georgia seeks a full-time Administrative Clerical Specialist to support Public Health programs. Under limited supervision, you will provide customer service, guidance, and bilingual interpretation for clients across program areas.

You will research and analyze program data, prepare routine reports, and assist with daily office operations. Travel between Evans County and Candler County Health Departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, guidance, and technical assistance to clients, staff, and the general public in support of Public Health programs.
• Serve as a bilingual resource by interpreting and translating orally and in writing for clients receiving health services across multiple program areas.
• Assist with researching, compiling, and analyzing program and operational data and prepare routine reports as required.
• Support daily office operations and contribute to the efficient delivery of public health services.
• This position will travel between Evans County Health Department and the Candler County Health Department as needed.
