Job summary

Georgia Department of Public Health in Savannah, GA is recruiting for multiple CSR roles to provide friendly, confidential customer service in a busy health department setting. You will perform data entry, intake interviews, appointment scheduling, and clerical support while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with program policies.

Qualifications

• CSR1: High school diploma or GED and 12 months experience handling customer questions, complaints and/or providing information.
• CSR2: 2 years' experience as GA Public Health CSR1 with clean performance record.
• CSR3: 2 years' experience as GA Public Health CSR2 with clean performance record.

Responsibilities

• Provides helpful, efficient, customer service to each client in a respectful and compassionate manner.
• Interviews clients to obtain information according to program policies and maintains confidentiality.
• Enter data quickly, accurately and efficiently with minimal errors.
• Processes client's needs and requests according to policy.
• Schedules appointments according to procedures.
• Initiates, maintains and updates client charts in accordance with clinic needs.
• Attends staff meetings and training necessary to perform job effectively.
• Provides other customer service and clerical support duties to the clinic as necessary.
