Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a part-time Physical Therapy Technician for our Salinas location. The role supports therapists, assists patients, and helps maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college health field degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and equipment for patients and therapists.
• Assist patients with therapy activities and transfers as directed by PT.
• Support front desk tasks during peak hours and aid in scheduling and triage.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and protect patient confidentiality.
• Assist with billing-related tasks such as collecting co-pays as needed.
