Innovative Physical Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Physical Therapy Technician (Spanish/English) to join our growing outpatient team in Baltimore, MD. The role supports Physical Therapists with patient care, exercises, and front-desk duties in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting Physical Therapists with patient care and exercise instruction
• Demonstrating therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Providing exceptional customer service to every patient and visitor
• Preparing treatment areas and maintaining a clean, organized clinic
• Applying hot and cold therapy as directed
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with front desk responsibilities
• Filing patient documentation and completing other administrative tasks
• Assisting with patient transportation when needed
