PRN Physical Therapy in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver frontline and administrative support for patients across our clinic. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate data handling, and smooth patient flow.

We offer full-time hours (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday with clinic hours 7:30am–6pm, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, PTO, and opportunities such as student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries by phone and in person.
• Verify patient information and insurance details accurately.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain front office area neat and organized.
• Assist with front office tasks during downtime.
