Job summary

Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician for our Buena Vista Rd location in Bakersfield. The role offers up to 10 hours per week, with potential for more hours in the future, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients with therapy activities, front desk support, collecting co-pays, and coordinating with the PTs. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related health field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment room for patient by following procedures.
• Welcomes and assists patient onto therapy apparel as needed.
• Performs basic treatment support and helps patient onto equipment.
• Maintains clean, organized environment and handles supplies.
• Triages calls, scheduling, and patient intake when needed.
• Assists in collecting co-pays and payments per policy.
• Supports therapists and front desk during uncovered hours.
