Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager for Enclave at Roswell in Roswell, GA. The role supports daily operations, manages resident accounts, and drives occupancy goals within the property management team.

You will work on-site with a focus on leasing, collections, and resident relations, using Yardi Voyager and CRM to ensure accurate records and timely reporting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager.
• Proficient in CRM software including prospect management, follow-up workflows and leasing

Responsibilities

• Support the property manager with daily operations and financial performance.
• Manage resident accounts, delinquency, collections, and lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting through Yardi and CRM.
• Assist with leasing activities, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
• Ensure timely resident communication and resolution of concerns.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with month-end reporting, resident account reconciliation, and administrative responsibilities.
