Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager for Enclave at Roswell in Roswell, GA. You will support daily operations and financial performance while coordinating with the property manager to meet occupancy and service goals.

Responsibilities include handling resident accounts, delinquency management, leasing workflows in Yardi and CRM, and month-end reporting, all within Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager.
• Proficient in CRM software, including prospect management, follow-up activities, and leasing workflows.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Previous assistant manager experience required.
• Strong knowledge of collections, delinquency management, resident accounting, and lease administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the property manager with daily operations and financial performance.
• Manage resident accounts, delinquency, collections, and lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting through Yardi and CRM.
• Assist with leasing activities, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
• Ensure timely resident communication and resolution of concerns.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with month-end reporting, resident account reconciliation, and administrative responsibilities.
