Job summary

Vintage Apartments is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations and leasing at our apartment community. You’ll support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, focusing on customer service, leasing efforts, and smooth administrative processes.

Requirements include 1-2 years in property management, leasing experience preferred, and strong communication. Proficiency with Onesite software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency Onesite software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection.
• Preparation and delivery of delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in the leasing activity.
• File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when the Property Manager is not available.
