Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing staff and working in child welfare or social services.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff workload and case assignments.
• Oversee communication between case workers and all parties involved.
• Supervise ongoing assessment of client safety, permanency and well-being.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and billing compliance.
• Provide supervision to staff and support professional development.
