Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks.
• Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality.
• Must pass required medical examinations and have physical ability to fulfill essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a shift supervisor during all shifts worked.
• Assist the Unit Supervisor in monitoring shift coverage and scheduling shifts as needed.
• Model effective communication skills and promote team development.
• Provide clarity, guidance, and support to staff as needed.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Unit Supervisor to discuss performance and concerns.
• Assist with onboarding new employees by serving as a trainer and coordinating training.
