Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Program Supervisor in Traverse City, MI to lead staff and ensure quality services within our domestic programs. You will oversee case management, coordinate with case workers and families, and support program compliance in a faith-based environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services with 3+ years of relevant experience, supervisory experience, and willingness to travel between Bethany sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience; Master’s preferred.
• At least one year of experience managing others.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Active professional licensure if required by program.
• Ability to travel to Bethany sites as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff workload and case assignments.
• Oversee communication between case workers and involved parties.
• Monitor client safety, permanency, and well‑being assessments.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of direct reports.
• Provide oversight and training of staff; assist in development plans.
• Travel to Bethany sites to build relationships when needed.
• Provide program updates to leadership and assist with compliance.
• Attend meetings and contribute to program improvements.
