Job summary

Bethany is seeking a UC Unit Supervisor in Kentwood, MI to manage and lead teams supporting unaccompanied children. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing effective supervision to staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least four years of work experience in a child caring institution.
• Two years of college and three years of child caring experience.
• Bachelor's degree and two years of child caring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Youth Specialist(s) in weekly meetings.
• Provide supervision to supervisory staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff effectively.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing for adequate coverage.

Skills

Bilingual Spanish/English fluency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team

Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Integrity and good moral character

Education
