Qualifications

• MPH, MSW, or MA in Health or Social Services is required.
• Five+ years of experience in human services, including three years in a supervisory role with staff and budget management.
• Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team including Social Service Supervisors, Housing Coordinators, and Case Managers.
• Coordinate integration of employment, childcare, and recreation services to support client outcomes.
• Coach, train, and develop staff to drive high performance and growth.
• Champion and implement Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Monitor program performance toward permanent housing, employment, and family stability goals.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with program standards and CARES systems.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community providers and stakeholders to expand support services.
• Oversee operations to maintain a safe, compliant, high-quality environment for residents and staff.
