Job summary

Women In Need (Win) in New York City seeks a Clinical Director to lead trauma-informed care delivery across transitional housing programs. You will supervise staff, enhance clinical practices, and support DHS-funded THRIVE NYC initiatives with strong collaboration across program directors and teams.

The role requires an NYS LCSW/LMHC license and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in trauma-focused clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New York State LCSW or LMHC license.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting individuals and families facing homelessness, trauma, and related challenges.
• Masters or higher in Social Work is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation across Win’s programs.
• Lead high-quality clinical case management for families and individuals.
• Deliver trauma-informed counseling using MI and TIC approaches.
• Build referral networks for mental health and substance use services.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based practices and develop clinical assessment tools.
• Provide staff training on Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.
