NYU Langone Health's Family Health Centers at NYU Langone is seeking a Program Associate, Bilingual Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian and/or Spanish to support the Shore Senior Center. You will assist older adults with sign-ins, coordinate programs, maintain calendars, and help with meal service coordination.

The role involves data entry, invoice processing, budget tracking, and creating activity calendars to engage participants.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 1 year of related experience in an office setting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management software.

Responsabilités

• Assist older adults with sign-in procedures, calendars, and navigating the Center.
• Input program participant attendance and service data into the NYC Aging system.
• Process invoices and assist with budget tracking and expense management.
• Manage daily contributions, including counting and recording.
• Plan, coordinate and support activities and events for older adults.
• Set up rooms for events and help with meal service coordination.
• Coordinate the food pantry and conduct outreach to promote programs.
