Job summary

Gateway Group Personnel is seeking a Bilingual Production Trainer (English/Spanish) to onboard, train, and develop new production and assembly employees in the Memphis area. This hands-on role collaborates with Production, Safety, and HR to ensure safety, quality, and effective performance on the floor.

The position focuses on training across English and Spanish, with potential to support multiple shifts as the operation adds capacity. Excellent communication and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish with effective classroom and on-floor instruction.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train both groups and individuals.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new production and assembly employees in both English and Spanish.
• Provide hands-on instruction on production processes, work procedures, and job expectations.
• Reinforce safety practices, PPE requirements, and safe work habits.
• Train employees on quality standards and the importance of producing consistent, quality work.
• Help new employees successfully transition into the production environment.
• Work closely with Production, Safety, and HR to identify training needs and improve the onboarding process.
• Provide follow-up coaching and support to employees after initial training.
• Help foster a culture centered on teamwork, safety, quality, accountability, and employee retention.
• Assist with training employees across multiple shifts as the operation continues to grow.
